Tom Armstrong leads TRM’s Compliance Advisory function, where he provides expert guidance and advisory support to traditional financial institutions, emerging crypto businesses, and regulators on industry best practices for the detection and prevention of money laundering and financial crime within digital assets.
Prior to joining TRM, Tom spent over nine years at Goldman Sachs leading its first Digital Assets compliance team and was Global Head of the Forensics Group, Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit, and Transaction Surveillance Group.
Michael Pavlick currently serves as TRM’s Head of Private Sector Deployment strategy, where he drives ultimate customer value from the tool, provides industry insights and best practices, and champions product enhancements product for all private sector customers and US Regulators.
Prior to joining TRM, Michael spent 14 years with KPMG as a leader of the Digital Assets team within the Financial Crimes unit, developing and enhancing AML and Sanctions programs for entities across the digital asset spectrum.
